Piaci Pub Pizzeria in Fort Bragg

My boys and I stopped by on our Highway 1 Beach hunt. Last minute, late Thursday because of a suggestion from a very nice local. This place satisfied a 6, 21 and 47 year old. Great selection of imported ale and bottled non alcoholic beverages. Delicious pizza choices, they'll even do half and half on larger pizzas. I'll be here next time I pass by.

Best thin crust on the coast, if not in all of Mendo County.

We are vegetarians, read the menu and found it veggi friendly. This is definitely one of best Italian food we had. We had veggie pizza, focaccia-we took baked egg plant was awesome, and All farno a pizza like dish without sauce. Restaurant is very small but great food. Please note, that you need cash and they don't accept cards. If needed they have ATM inside.

5 star! Not only for the great pizza and choice of tap beers but also for the nice and flexible staff and chef that went above and beyond to get our party seating inside!

A little chaotic but snagged a table for 2 right away and once we grabbed a server we got drinks and pizza FAST! Everything was frickin delicious and staff was awesome!

If I could put a 0 star for the poor service I got I would! The food is great but definitely not worth it when u have to deal with people like the ones that work here! Should find new people to work here so the food can be more enjoyable

Casual setting. Food and drinks arrive quickly. Great selection of craft beers and ciders. Delicious pizzas and salads. Cash only.

My simple pepperoni pizza and Hefeweizen were AWESOME; yum! Super cute, relaxed little bar/restaurant. Mom wasn’t as thrilled with her meatball sandwich, but not because it wasn’t good—the spices just weren’t the Italian flavor she had anticipated. Salad was delicious and the service with a huge smile makes ALL the difference.

Lamb sausage sandwich (daily special) was amazing. My friends pizza was mediocre with slightly soggy crust. Salad was fresh and well dressed. No Hawaiian pizza or ranch. Lots of beer to choose from.

Every time we visit, we have to go to Piaci's. Great brews that are always new and the food is fantastic.

No frills local pizza joint with a lot of charm and mega beer selection. Pizza is fresh and the combinations are insanely good. Tight community seating, but worth meeting a few friendly people! Pretty busy, but what do you expect when the offerings are so good? I'll be back for sure.

This place was great. The pizza was cooked to order and delicious. Eventhough the Ft. Bragg area was experiencing a heat wave when we visited, and there was no air conditioning anywhere, everyone in the establishment was amazing to us. They were super friendly and accommodating and, like I said before, their pizza was really good. Thank you for being amazing to us!

Had a tasteful and excellent Italian style crunchy crust pizza, the place was also very nice. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone going to or passing Fort Bragg. Only warning, it will probably be crowded during dinnertime😉

Best pizza in the north bay and a great beer selection. It is a neighborhhod dive where you feel like family. The salads, calzones and other selections are top notch. The owner/chef, Gregory, is a super nice guy.

It's a bar with a single row of tables along the wall kind of place. A good selection of beer and wine with excellent small food plate selections. You need to make sure to bring a little cash as debit cards are not accepted.

I placed an order for pick up and after 15 minutes came to pick it up knowing I had another 10 to 15 minutes before it would be ready. I sat and had a beer and when I was done drinking it it still wasn't ready. I was there for 30 minutes. I really feel they didn't even put the order in until I got there. If it wasn't for this they would have gotten another star cuz the pizza was good.

Recently visited Ft Bragg and found this unique pizzeria. Unique pies, and appetizers. Had the stuffed mushrooms and farm house pizza. Good assortment of craft beer. Try it out

I love this place. It’s not easy living in the middle of no where as an Italian who grew up with home-cooked meals on the east coast. These guys pizza.. AND their meatballs..ya just can’t get any better. They are the only place I’ll go eat when I’m in town. The bartenders and the chefs are kind, genuine and honest. I love their cider selection my partner loves their beer selection and it’s never a bad time or a bad meal. Tanti baci Piaci ❤️❤️

In spite of some of the reviews, the pizza was to die for! And the server was very nice. It is true is a tiny place and therefore noisy for those that want a relaxed night, but all in all the food is worth it! I'm definitely coming back when i return to this neck of the woods, and this is coming from a finicky food critic. Remember to bring cash, that is all they take which was ok with me.

Oh my gosh! Atmosphere! The waitress has a definite plan for where you will sit. Just go with it. Make friends with your new neighbor. Order the Piaci pizza and a glass of wine or one of their local beers and just enjoy! Take cash.

Nice place for beer and dinner. Great service. Pizza and focaccia are tasty. They have a refreshing bottled ginger beer. Great 80sh music selection. They went well over the 9:30pm closing time on Sunday to serve their customers, extra points for that. The small carrot cupcake desert was a bit too expensive, tho.

This is very much a locals joint, which is part of what makes it so great. The pizzas are tasty and come out fast. The staff is great about learning your preferences and connecting you with a beer you'd like. Would visit again.

Pizza was lights out fantastic! All three pies were delicious (and the gluten-free crust was great too). Place is cash only so heads up to folks who don't roll with dough dough.

The pizzas and the atmosphere were both really great. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. We ordered vegetarian pizzas and they were awesome. The Sicilian was particularly good. This place is cash only although there is an ATM inside the place.

Staff are fantastic, beer selection is best in the county and the food is quality. We come here every time we stay in FnB.

We tried this place on a whim and we will definitely eat here again. The tunes and service were top notch - but most importantly was the quality of the beers and the pizza. We ordered the Sorrento and accompanied it with a Ginger Beer and their in-house brew. It was incredible. Hands down one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Thoroughly impressed with this quaint little place. Absolutely loved it!

This place might not look like much from the outside, but a huge beer menu and some outstanding pizza are worth taking a chance on! Get recommendations from the crowd of locals sitting at the bar.

Really great food. No, they don't have a ranch for pizza but it doesn't need it. Nice atmosphere, lots of alcohol to choose from. Limited seating. Cozy little pub.

Food was great and fresh but the waitress was a bit on the gruff side. I really didn't enjoy her reaching across our food multiple times instead of take two more steps to get what she was grabbing...Its quiet loud, but that's the sound of people enjoying themselves!

Delicious pies at a reasonable price. This place was the perfect lunch stop after doing a bit of wine tasting and cliff viewing on Saturday morning. The Sicilian packed a perfect punch of tomatoey-cheesy goodness!

Unfortunately, the pizza we ordered did not come anywhere close to what has been described in other reviews here. We ordered the Sophia, and it had almost no sauce on it. We were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, and when we arrived exactly 20 minutes later, the cheese was already hardening. Just coagulating cheese on a soft crust with a faint hint of pesto. Frozen would have been a better option. Caesar salad was good.

A hole in the wall pizza joint that has some good brew on tap. Reminds me of Frank's pizza in Grass Valley. Good location about a mile from glass beach where we watched the sunset and ate our pizza

We travel 5 hours to get to this place every summer. We happened upon it by chance during our first vacation to Fort Bragg. The pizza is insanely good. My kids and I were immediately hooked and still talk about when we can get back each year. It still holds our family record for being the best, and my kids are connoisseurs.The selection of pizzas is really good, as are the salads and flat breads. The indoor seating is limited and the place is always (ALWAYS) packed. It is a pub environment, loud and boisterous, with an eclectic collection of local personalities happy to share their space. You can find a couple of small metal tables outside where it is quieter, but take a jacket. There is also a water dish outside for dogs. If you don't want to wait for your food or a place to sit, you can view the menu online and call it in to go. Do what you have to do to experience this place.
